Home Advisor Reviews

“Professional and Courteous”

“Wayne was as professional and courteous as they come. His quote for carpet stretching was over $100 less than two previous quotes. He is genuine about his work. I could have not asked for better service. I highly recommend them.” – Bryan G.

“Professional and Personable”

“Wayne was professional and personable, very easy to communicate with. The quality of workmanship was good and provides us tips to better care for our new home. He cleaned all our carpets and dryer vent. We would definitely hire him again and will do so in the future.” – Joana W.

“Extremely Responsive”

“Wayne was extremely responsive and came exactly when agreed, which was important since I was coordinating a lot of different appointments. His estimate done over the phone was honored fully, and was very cost effective compared to other estimates I received. The carpets looked beautiful when he was done. I would wholeheartedly recommended him, and use him again.” – Kim L.

“Above and Beyond”

“This company went above and beyond what was asked! Will definitely hire them again! This company had a 3 story home to do and was in and out in 2 hours. Carpets look amazing!! It’s been about 3 hours since they left and my carpets are almost dry!!!! Awesome work and the price was less than all the bigger names places I called.” – Jessica C.

Angie’s List Reviews

“Best Carpet Cleaning Service”

“Best carpet cleaning service we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect—arrived on time (actually, a few minutes early), thoroughly cleaned the carpet and 2 carpet remnants, & cleaned up after the services were performed. I would definitely hire this company again. I have already recommended them to 2 of my neighbors.”

“recommend him”

“Wayne was the person who came, gave me a quote, and did the work. I really liked him and he did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.”

“…happy I found him”

“Extremely well. Wayne was a professional. He showed up ahead of schedule and went to work. It took him a little over 2 hours between stretching and then cleaning up. My carpet upstairs looks so much better I am very happy I found him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“…looked out for our safety”

“Wayne was a professional since our first interaction. He was our first call back from Angie’s List request. His cleaned our carpets and our dryer vent, he was through and looked out for our safety in areas he identified. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wayne was responsive, fast, and professional. Beyond that- he was incredibly kind. Would absolutely recommend him to a friend in need of carpet repair. Before and after picture, featuring the naughty culprit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. UPDATE: I posted my original review 2 years ago and echo all the same comments once again! In addition, Wayne worked hard to remove a residual stickiness from carpet that was left from a plastic protectant. Grateful for him trying all options and making carpet cleaning magic!

Wonderful service overall! Wayne is the utmost professional, calling the day before to confirm, always on site early, straight forward pricing and work, all around great. Wish I had more air ducts and carpets to clean as he is wonderful to work with, highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wayne from Sweep Clean came early for both the quoting appointment, and the day he had scheduled to work. He was very professional and efficient finishing both carpet stretching and steam cleaning in a shorter amount of time than he planned. We are very happy with both of the jobs he did taking out 'waves' of carpet that had bunched up over time since the initial installation. Wayne was very friendly in explaining what he does, and the carpets were nicely refreshed. I highly recommend Wayne - he does the work himself, and he really takes pride in his work.
